Delaware River Port Authority (Camden, NJ)
EHS Manager/QA Manager: Ms. Kaelin (while working for KTA) provided direct support to DRPA related to corrective actions for New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection including hazard waste assessments of all facilities, development of hazardous waste management programs for each bridge facility and PATCO and training of applicable staff in implementation. Ms. Kaelin provided on-going environmental consulting and compliance auditing services related to this program through 2006.
Delaware River Port Authority - Benjamin Franklin Bridge (Philadelphia, PA/Camden, NJ)
EHS Manager/QA Manager: KTA provided project management and inspection/environmental oversight services during the removal of lead-based paint and recoating of this major vehicular/light rail bridge over the Delaware River. This was a multi-phase, multi-year, $90 million project. Ms. Kaelin provided environmental-related technical consulting services on this project (Phases 1-5).
Allegheny County (Pittsburgh,PA)
Air Pollution Engineer/Supervisor: Ms. Kaelin supervised, permitted, enforced and inspected Allegheny County Health Department, Bureau of Air Pollution Control abrasive blast cleaning projects. Examples include Tarentum Bridge, West End Bridge, Schenley Park Bridge, and the Hulton Bridge.
Pennsylvania Dept of Transportation (Pittsburgh,PA)
EHS Manager/QA Manager/Coatings Consultant: Ms. Kaelin (while working for KTA) provided technical consulting PennDOT on various design and bridge coatings construction projects related to coatings and hazardous materials surveys, specification development, contractor coating and environmental submittal review, development of special provisions related to coatings, worker protection, environmental protection, containment and hazardous waste.
Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA) (Pittsburgh,PA)
EHS Manager/QA Manager/Coatings Consultant: Ms. Kaelin (while working for KTA) provided technical consulting services for the coatings, quality assurance, industrial hygiene and safety and environmental aspects of the removal of lead-based paint and recoating of various TBTA bridges. These included but were not limited to the Triborough, Throgs Neck (TN-50 and TN-85), and Verrazano-Narrows Bridges Contracts GFM-380 and VNM-316, the Henry Hudson and others.
